Yalla Sport is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and casino platform, serving users in Bangladesh and across the globe.
1.1 Scope of Service
Yalla Sport offers the following services:

1.2 Age Restriction

Warning: Betting or gambling by minors is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
1.3 Language & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict between the two, the English version shall prevail. Yalla Sport operates in accordance with international gaming laws.
Registering on Yalla Sport is straightforward, but there are a few important conditions you must meet.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- Each individual may open one account only
- One account per mobile number or email address
- Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but each must use a different device and payment method
- All information must be accurate and truthful — providing false details will result in account closure.
- Keeping your password secure is the user's responsibility
2.2 KYC Verification
Before making a withdrawal or processing transactions above a certain amount, you'll need to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. One of the following documents is required:

3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To claim this bonus:
- First deposit must be made within 7 days of registration
- The minimum deposit amount varies by offer — check the offer page for details
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
3.2 Wagering Requirements
What is a wagering requirement? Say you receive a ৳100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement — you'll need to place a total of ৳2,000 in bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Both Sports and Casino bets count toward this.
- Sports Betting bonus: typically 5x to 10x wagering
- Casino bonus: typically 20x to 35x wagering requirement
- Wagering deadline: 7 to 30 days (depending on the offer)
- Bonuses will be forfeited if wagering is not completed within the time limit
3.3 Bonus Abuse
Warning: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bots, or any form of bonus abuse will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account being permanently closed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Minimum withdrawal BDT 500
- A maximum of BDT 1,00,000 per day can be withdrawn from a single account.
- KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours
Please note: Withdrawing bonus funds requires completing the wagering requirement. Your own deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time, though doing so may cancel any active bonus.

5.1 Bet Placement Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a system error or technical fault, Yalla Sport reserves the right to void that bet.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
- Yalla Sport's decision is final in any dispute regarding scores or results
5.2 Cash Out Rules
A cash-out option is available on selected bets. The cash-out value is determined by current market odds, and Yalla Sport may temporarily suspend the cash-out feature at any time.
5.3 Maximum Win Limit
The maximum payout from a single bet is subject to set limits, which vary by sport and market. Contact our Help Center for more details.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Yalla Sport. Violations may result in account closure and legal action where applicable.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Opening an account or conducting transactions using someone else's information
- Abusing the bonus system or promotions
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software
- Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes
- Harassing or causing harm to other users
- Attempting to intrude or hack into the system or software
Warning: If any of the above activities are detected, your account will be suspended immediately. All funds in the account will be confiscated, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.
7.1 Closed at User's Request
You may close your account at any time by contacting our Help Center. Please withdraw any remaining funds before requesting closure.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
As part of responsible gaming, you can temporarily suspend your account for a set period. Self-exclusion is available from 24 hours up to 6 months.
7.3 Yalla Sport's Rights
Yalla Sport reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- For violations of the Terms & Conditions
- If KYC verification fails or false information is found
- If evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud is found
- For legal or regulatory reasons
Yalla Sport is not liable for the following:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues
- Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
- Bets lost due to a fault on the user's own device
- Service disruptions due to natural disasters or force majeure
