First, make sure you're entering the correct mobile number and password, and check that Caps Lock is off. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" and reset it via OTP sent to your mobile. If your account is temporarily locked after multiple failed attempts, wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact live chat. You can also try clearing your browser cache before logging in again.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the process of verifying your identity. Yalla Sport requires this before withdrawals as a security measure. You'll generally just need to upload a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport. Verification is usually completed in under 24 hours, and once done, you won't need to do it again. A wagering requirement means you need to place a certain amount in bets before you can withdraw a bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must bet ৳5,000 in total. Mobile App Help

Yalla Sport's Android app is available directly from our website's App Page can be downloaded from there. Even if it's not available on the Google Play Store, you can easily install it via APK file download. iOS users can install it from the App Store or directly through the site link. To install the APK on Android, you'll need to enable "Unknown Sources" or "Install unknown apps" in your phone's settings. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources → turn it on.
